She takes a particular interest in how the law needs to develop to match societal trends around environmental, social and governance issues, and how responses to serious issues need to adapt to changing expectations.

Her corporate work draws on experience of working on City research desks and understanding the drivers of serious issues and how stakeholder views are impacted.

She writes for CityAM on reputation issues and has frequently spoken in broadcast media interviews, and is featured in an upcoming documentary, about the impact of intimate image abuse. She is well-known for her work representing professional footballer Leigh Nicol in fighting those who misuse images.

Jess leads our work around intimate image abuse and supporting victims of crime, which provides reputation law tools to those who would not normally have access to elite legal representation. She frequently advises corporates and individuals on the impact of crime and reputation, ensuring that the illicit acts of third parties do not detrimentally affect their reputation.

Jess has worked across a variety of matters providing her expertise to help achieve the best results for clients.
