Her particular areas of interest include social media abuse and the right to be forgotten. She has particular expertise in data protection, having achieved a Practitioner’s Certificate in Data Protection with distinction.
Her experience includes securing a lucrative settlement for a high-profile musician against a tabloid newspaper in respect of a front-page article, safeguarding the privacy of a child of a high-profile couple, and negotiating the settlement of a defamation claim against a big tech company.
