Áine Fitzpatrick

Áine is a disputes professional with over 10 years’ experience supporting complex contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Before joining Slateford, Áine worked at a prominent reputation management, defamation and privacy law firm, where she was involved in advising individuals and corporate clients on reputational risk, media disputes, privacy matters and pre-publication issues.

Áine has also extensive experience at a US law firm working on commercial litigation and international arbitration matters, including proceedings conducted under the HKIAC, ICSID and LCIA rules. Her experience includes cross-border disputes, shareholder and commercial claims, and matters involving parties in Asia, Europe and North America.

Drawing on experience across both reputational and commercial disputes, Áine supports clients on sensitive and high-stakes matters, particularly those involving complex factual issues, international elements and reputational considerations.
